Shipping
All fabric and samples are shipped directly to you via UPS or USPS., normal deliver time is 3-7 business days in the continental United States. Please contact us for Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping options.

Samples are always shipped FREE, and fabric orders greater than $175 qualify for free shipping.

Returns
Custom fabric orders are not returnable or refundable unless there is physical damage to the fabric. We strongly encourage you to purchase a fabric sample to test the color and material in your own environment.
Damage during shipping will be processed by the shipping carrier.

Samples are not eligible for refund or credit.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, we will NEVER publish, share, rent, or sell your personal data. We may use your data to notify you of special sales or other products you may interest you.

We do NOT collect or store any financial information – all data used during the payment portion of your order is submitted directly to the merchant processing center.

Fabric Samples
Samples of all fabrics are available for pre-order. Fabric samples are industry standard and normally 6″ in size. Sample cuts my not fully represent fabrics with a large pattern repeat. 1 Full yard is recommended.
